Break up the week, get some fresh air and meet some new faces. You don’t need a reason. Just turn up, get out for a walk and crack on at your own pace.

Join a walk

Sit down with other men who understand, have a chat or listen to what others have to say. There’s no pressure to talk. You can say as much as you’d like or as little as you’d want.

Find a session

Try something new and join us for boxing or yoga. Learn the basics and find something you actually enjoy doing. It’s a chance to get active and add something new to your week with no pressure to be the best in the room, just the courage to turn up.

Explore activities

Learn a new skill, volunteer or get involved in something you haven’t tried before. Find out what interests you, build your confidence and work out what it is you want to do next.

By day, a premium coffee shop in a striking City Centre venue. By night, a space to host our services, an event space for the community, and a place for all of us to call home.
